The AGM will be held online using Zoom (link, meeting ID and passcode above). Any members wishing to attend but not familiar with Zoom can download it here in advance.

The deadline has now passed (1700 on Thursday 5th November) for members unable to attend to submit questions or appoint a proxy vote.

Members should be aware of the issues involved in managing large numbers of people on a video conference. Please:

1) Keep yourself on “mute” unless you are actually speaking.
2) If at all possible, submit any questions in advance by email to by 1700 on Thursday 5th November.
3) Indicate by waving a hand if you wish to speak and the Chairman will invite you to unmute.
4) Make it clear by raising a hand if you wish to propose or second a motion or cast a vote. Please keep your hand raised until it is clear that results have been recorded.
5) Feel free to use the “chat” function (which enables you to type on screen so that other attendees can see it) if you want to make a point without speaking. We will keep a record of comments on the chat function.
6) Once the formal business of the meeting is over, you are welcome to stay online for a social event. Since our AGM traditionally involves drinks and a curry, feel free to arrange your own drinks and curry for a virtual dinner.
