                                   12 noon :    Arrival – Drinks in the bar
                 John Laing will be moored at the Club and open to visitors
                                   1300      :   *Lunch
                                   1430      :    Presentations
                                   1530      :    AGM
                                   1600      :    Close 

* A Traditional 3-course Sunday lunch will be available at a cost of £20.00 pp
If you prefer to attend the presentations only, please arrive no later than 1430hrs

Guests are welcome to bring along family and friends to this event, which is being held in celebration of another great year for OYT South. You will hear about some of the changes which relate to the future of the Trust, and have an initial opportunity of seeing the plans for the proposed new boat. 

This will also be the time for everyone to say goodbye  to David Salmon, who is retiring after 10 years with OYC/OYT South. If you would like to contribute to David's leaving present, please use the cheque or credit card payment methods detailed below. But please write "DS retirement" on the OUTSIDE of the envelope, so David doesn't open it; and if contributing by credit card, ask to speak to Sally!
