Proposed Timetable

                                   12 noon :    Arrival – Drinks in the bar
                 John Laing will be moored at the Club and open to visitors
                                   1300      :   Lunch (bookings for lunch now CLOSED)
                                   1430      :    Review of the Year
                                   1530      :    2011 AGM
                                   1600      :    Close 

If you want to hear the review and not attend the lunch,
please arrive no later than 1430hrs

Guests are welcome to bring along family and friends to this event,
which is being held to celebrate OYT South receiving
The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
